Woman Arrested In Cow Suit

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

So, nothing exciting nor funny is happening in Philadelphia. Instead of posting an article about a depressing officers death or how bad our economy is, we’re going to take a little trip over to Cincinnati.

Police in Middletown made a rather bizarre arrest Monday night, taking into custody a woman dressed in a cow suit who was seen acting erratically.

Michelle Allen of Middletown was arrested on one count of disorderly conduct for allegedly getting in the way of traffic on Wilbraham Road and chasing children in her cow suit. (LMAO!)
She also urinated on a neighbor’s front porch, police say.

According to police, Allen talked back and threatened to cause problems in the jail if she was arrested.

Allen appeared in court Tuesday morning dressed in the suit.

It is not clear why she was wearing the costume.

…Now that just made my day.

This past Saturday night, Tina Fey recreated her role of Sarah Palin!

Sarah Palin Was In Philly Yesterday, FYI

Saturday, September 27th, 2008

So, yesterday Sarah Palin came to good ole’ Philadelphia to watch the debate. Where in Philly did she watch the debate? An Irish pub. Perfect place to watch right?

There were people outside the pub protesting her. Must of been a great night.

That’s all the time I’m going to waste on this idiotic woman.

Now, did you see the debate? McCain looked very pissed off, especially in the beginning. From my personal opinion, I think Obama kicked his ass.

If you missed the debate than you can watch it here, right now.

Fire Fighter Steals Severed Foot

Saturday, September 27th, 2008

Uhh, St. Lucie County officials are investigating whether a firefighter took a man’s severed foot from the scene of a traffic accident. On September 19th, 2008, a crash on I-95 caused a man’s foot to be sheared off; the man survived and is undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

It’s the Fire District’s policy to take a severed body part with the patient to the hospital if there is any chance of reattachment, or the body part goes to the medical examiner’s office. But authorities said the foot was taken to the hospital days later, on September 24th.

Officials would not release the name of the firefighter under investigation, but said the firefighter trains cadaver dogs, which are used to locate and follow the scent of decomposing human flesh.

What the hell was this guy doing with a severed foot…

Barack Obama In Philly On October 10th

Friday, September 26th, 2008

Barack Obama will be in town October 10th for an afternoon cocktail reception at the Sheraton City Center, which will cost supporters between $1,000 and $2,300 to attend, and later that night for a $10,000 per guest dinner at the Mount Airy home of Comcast executive David L. Cohen, according to an email sent by Obama Mid-Atlantic campaign finance director Shomik Dutta, to local fundraisers. The note told recipients to “please help get the word out immediately and please continue collecting checks at the breakneck pace you’ve already set!” The Cohen dinner will also allow fundraisers to attend without paying their own freight, if they have collected $50,000 from others. Funds will benefit Obama for America, the Obama Victory Fund, and the DNC.

FINALLY! The truth about Sarah Palin!

Thank god for Jack Cafferty.

Pay close attention to the debate tonight people.

BREAKING: Possible Bomb Outside of Citizen’s Bank Park

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

Fox News reported 33 minutes ago that there may be a possible bomb outside of the Citizen’s Bank Park in Philadelphia. More details will come…

::Update::

The discovery of several hot dogs in packages outside Citizens Bank Park brought the bomb squad out and forced the temporary evacuation of the stadium Wednesday evening.

According to police, Pattison Street between Darien and 11th Streets were shutdown as officials investigated the discovery of several suspicious packages near a ticket office.

Fans inside the stadium were evacuated, but players remained on the field following the incident.

Bomb squad members further investigated the packages and determined they were simply several hot dogs in foil wrappers. Sadly, the wieners were detonated as a precaution.

The stadium was reopened at about 5:20 p.m.

The Phillies take on the Atlanta Braves at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday evening.

BREAKING: I Hate Inflatable Rats

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

I was browsing my partners website, CBS 3, and came across an hilarious cover story.

That’s right.

This may just be the biggest story of the day.

Ok, if your done laughing at the huge rat and you really care about this story - here’s the low down, this is a free speech case in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court, stemming from an incident where a union was fined $133 for protesting with said inflatable rat in front of a Gold’s Gym.

Palin’s Other Man Scandal

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

Uh oh!

So what has the Enquirer discovered this time?

That Palin did have an affair with an individual named Brad Hanson. That’s her husband’s former business partner.

They were both married at a time. And according to reports, three members of Hanson’s family have already sworn, one by affidavit, that Palin and Hanson were having an extramarital affair.

Despite denials from Palin and Hanson, Jim Burdett, a Hanson family insider, has opened up about the family’s secret and even passed a rigorous polygraph test in an effort to reveal the truth, that the affair did take place.

Burdett says, “I’ve known about Brad having had an affair for a long time, but it wasn’t until just recently that I learned his affair was with Sarah Palin. Sarah was elected mayor of Wasilla, Brad became a city council member in the nearby town of Palmer, and they started an affair. Todd found out about the affair and was so mad he broke up their partnership at the snowmobile dealership.”

Another source, who’s remaining anonymous but has given a sworn affidavit as well, is saying, “Todd was away on business a lot and Sarah felt lonely. Brad was a good listener, and Sarah talked to him at length. Eventually, she real ized she was falling in love with him. When Todd got back from one of his trips, Sarah told him that she had begun to have feelings for Brad.”

I wonder if McCain’s campaign is going to take action against this.

Bush Asks Congress to Give $700 Billion to Banks

Saturday, September 20th, 2008

George W. Bush made a very Democratic Party move today.

The President asked the Congress to give $700 billion to the Wall Street banks that are basically in incredibly deep shit.

Bush called it a “big solution to a big problem”.

This “big solution” would be the biggest federal business bailout since the Great Depression.

It’s kinda’ funny, Bush in a way admitted that the “Republican” way of letting the market “sort itself” out can’t fix a big problem.

If Bush’s request is passed by Congress, the $700 billion that would go to the banks is your money, taxpayers.

Basically, if Wall Street isn’t bailed out big time, our economy would be screwed and even more people would be out of work.

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see how Congress responds to Bush’s request.

They’ll probably say yes, and the democrats are gonna’ have a wild time shoving this in the republicans faces.
